Virgin Money seeks an experienced manager to champion its email marketing program. This position will develop and manage all campaigns that are run through the Responsys email system in addition to developing strategies on how to convert email leads into sales. We’re looking for a candidate who would work closely with the design and technical team to see a project from inception to implementation. The candidate would need to have a strong understanding of best practices in email marketing, copywriting and creative design and working knowledge of HTML/CSS. The ideal candidate has energy, passion and ideas about how to improve the email channel with current and future customers.

In this role, the ideal candidate will also play a part in the online customer experience by helping in the strategy development and execution of the site (www.virginmoneyus.com). The candidate will work closely with the site team in order to deliver a streamlined experience from email to site in pursuit of higher conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Own and build all email programs (retention & acquisition)
  • Develop promotional messages and systems to increase email open rates and conversions
  • Work with email distribution tool (currently Responsys) to pull lists, organize lists into marketing "strings" and constantly tweak offers, creative and copy to improve profitable return
  • Analyze campaign results in order to drive future strategy and to maximize results from metrics to sales conversions
  • Create strategies to increase email list size and value
  • Manage and improve existing triggered campaigns through testing
  • Act as a liaison between product managers, management team and technical team to pull together strategy, craft messages and drive execution of new marketing campaigns
  • Develop a strategic plan for segmentation, personalization and incubation across all our segments – leads, customers, advisors within each of our product groups
  • Work closely with online team to influence the customer contact strategy, developing engaging and targeted communications that enhance the customer experience and support monetization goals

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years online marketing experience at a consumer-facing Internet company, at least 2 years of email and/or online marketing
  • Ability to analyze and understand customer usage and conversion data
  • Proven ability to retain customers and increase loyalty through effective communications and creative incentives
  • Experience developing email creative using Photoshop and HTML/CSS
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously with great efficiency and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communications

Virgin Money is looking for a smart and seasoned Marketing Product Manager – Consumer Loans to play a lead role in understanding the marketing drivers and customer acquisition demands for all non-mortgage consumer loan products and channel partners. The MPM will work collaboratively with both the Marketing and Product Management functions to maximize revenue and manage cost of acquisition across all products. The ideal candidate excels in a small team environment. This is a new position and will report to the EVP – Consumer Loan Business.

The Marketing Product Manager is responsible for supporting the developing needs of the expanding Virgin Money's consumer product and service offerings. This role is an opportunity for the right individual to contribute to the entire consumer loan business.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing and identify new potential distribution sources for various market segments and recommend successful strategies for maximizing revenues across the product portfolio
  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of products, customers, distribution channel marketing strategies and new business goals
  • Assist in the development of channel product entry strategies for new & existing business initiatives
  • Create Marketing Requirements Documents (MRDs) articulating new product features, benefits, needs and timelines
  • Develop marketing plan by developing marketing strategies and rationales; establishing priorities; presenting recommendations; gaining commitment and resources from a cross functional team
  • Position products by creating package offering; working to developing pricing structure working collaboratively with Product Management team and others
  • Work with marketing to deliver compelling marketing programs and campaigns to meet revenue and client growth goals
  • Recommend ways to maximize the consumer loan marketing budget to meet client and revenue goals

Qualifications

  • Must have 3 to 5 years of consumer loan experience
  • Proven ability to identify and partner with strategic distribution partners
  • Strong knowledge of best practices for project management, segmentation and analysis
  • Understanding of marketing best practices for consumer loans/financial services
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of recent e-Business experience
  • Bachelor's degree; an MBA is a plus but not a requirement

Waltham or Marlborough location

The responsibilities of our Mortgage Loan Specialists include originating residential loan applications developed through lead generation sources, working with 3rd party vendors to obtain required documentation and ensuring that the applicants meet investor program and product guidelines.

Qualified candidates must demonstrate exceptional customer service, strong phone skills and experience interacting with applicants throughout the process. A self starter who consistently meets deadlines in a fast paced energetic environment is a must.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a mortgage lender/broker environment is required
  • Experience working with multiple investors is required
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with industry specific software is required
  • Solid working knowledge of conforming, FHA, jumbo and reverse mortgage product
  • Sales ability and relationship building skills are essential
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Private Loan Specialist

Virgin Money seeks an ambitious, high-energy individual with good telephone sales skills for an inside sales position in our Waltham, Massachusetts office. Safe to say, this is not a job for the shy.

Private Loan Specialists are the "face" of Virgin Money to our customers, enabling callers to obtain information required to structure and close private loans. You will be working to educate qualified prospects about our product and maximize conversion rates.

We especially seek candidates with experience in real estate sales, mortgage lending, and mutual fund call centers.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients structure and complete private loan transactions that meet their objectives
  • Field inbound calls from prospective clients
  • Educate callers about the benefits of Virgin Money's services
  • Make outbound calls to warm leads who have submitted inquiries on our website

Position Description
We're looking for a self-starter for this newly created position. This person will be responsible for developing the Quality Control role by looking for ways to improve and promote quality. Should display original thinking and creativity; generate suggestions for improving work; develop innovative approaches and ideas. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and/or direction.

This person will also be responsible for audits for pre-funding, post closing as well as state and HUD audit preparation. Other areas would include risk management and compliance review while working closely with the Underwriting, Processing and Closing departments. You will report directly to the Vice President of Fulfillment Operations located in our Marlborough, MA location.

Virgin Money seeks an experienced Senior Underwriter – DE. Candidates must be able to work with minimal supervision and/or direction and work in a flexible and production oriented environment. This position reports to the Vice President of Fulfillment Operations in our Marlborough, MA location

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing, analyzing, approving, and underwriting FHA, Conforming and Jumbo loan applications
  • Evaluating credit reports, appraisals, validating income documentation, and title review
  • Ensuring loan applicants meet investor guidelines

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in underwriting - at least 3 years as a DE
  • Must have thorough understanding of FNMA, FMLC, FHA & VA guidelines
